Title: Esquire Salad

Yield: 2 Servings

2 Bibb lettuce heads; washed
4 Green onions; sliced
6 Mushrooms, fresh; sliced
4 Tomatoes, cherry; sliced
2 Artichoke hearts; quartered
DRESSING
3/4cOil, olive
1/4cVinegar, wine
1/2 Lemon; juice of
 dsWorcestershire sauce
  Salt
  Pepper
 dsTarragon leaves
 dsParsley; chopped
 dsOregano
 dsBasil
 dsGarlic powder

Prepare salad ingredients in large bowl. Add dressing and toss lightly.

Dressing: Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve over salad greens. Yield: 1 cup
